今天跟大家介紹另一道泰國精緻甜點,
照片裡這泰式櫻桃甜點看來就像真的,
一口咬下,原本預期吃起來是酸甜多汁的,
但其實這是道綠豆沙甜點,(不是愚人節整人點心)
點心師傅的一雙巧手,
將綠豆沙包裹在特製櫻桃Q嫩的外皮裡面。
QQ涼爽的外皮,配合著好吃的綠豆沙餡,
去到泰國一定要嚐嚐看,
它還有茄子,楊桃和各式各樣水果蔬菜的形狀,
除了飯店或餐廳裡頭,
夠用心的話,街上也找得到!

In the photo, you can see a cherry shape dessert. This is one of our favorite Thai Deserts. It was so real that I could almost taste cherry’s sour-sweet juice in my mouth. Well, it was only an illusion. Inside is really sweet mung bean paste. It was an artwork from a dessert chef. Its skin was transparent even it was coloured, and tasted a bit springy and cool. The most flavour was from sweet mung bean paste. It a must-try dessert when you visit Thailand. It’s also served in various shapes, e.g. aubergine, starfruit. You can find this dessert in restaurants or some vendors in the street.
