Taichung Dakeng No.2 Trail by Thai Do Thai Restaurant [

An ancient Chinese proverb says:
The wise prefer waters, the benevolent prefer mountains.
This Monday, Mark and Li tried to be benevolent people.
It was our first time trying the No.2 trail in Dakeng, Taichung.
We underestimated the gradient of this trail and found it out soon…
It was nice to exercise our loosing muscles and sweat a lot on our way to the ridge.
It wasn't wise enough to do it without bring enough water…
That’s why we tried to be benevolent…

In addition to beautiful scenery and luxury fresh mountain air, we also experienced friendly human interactions with many strangers.
The narrow path effetely shrank the distance among total strangers.

After reaching the end of the No.2 trail, we went up a bit more to the ridge which grew 5 old pine trees.
You could see the foots of the ridge’s both sides. It was amazing.
There are 10 trails for you to choose. No. 2 will be the steepest one.
Try to see it yourself if you have a chance to visit Taichung county.
